From the Western Daily Press on Wednesday the 27th of February 1924

Capt. B. Fuller, when hunting with the Earl of Bathurst’s Hounds from Crudwell, met with a nasty accident in the neighbourhood of Charlton, being thrown head-first to the ground and rendered unconscious. At the Malmesbury Cottage Hospital, he was found to be suffering from concussions but regained consciousness at night, and is progressing as well as can be expected.
